• Prepare and serve deli meats, cheeses, and other specialty items with precision and care.
• Ensure the deli area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Maintain food safety standards and adhere to health regulations.
• Operate deli equipment, including slicers and scales, safely and efficiently.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
