Personal Shopper - Sam's PART TIME

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfill Member Fax, n Pull, and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to changes while learning from difficulties and feedback.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
