Retail Manager

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store seeks a Retail Manager to lead our country store team within our restaurant. You'll oversee daily retail operations, merchandising, cash handling, and inventory while ensuring a warm, family-style guest experience. This role coaches and schedules team members, drives sales through suggestive selling and seasonal displays, and maintains company standards for cleanliness and presentation. Partner closely with restaurant leadership, resolve guest concerns, and support training and development in a friendly, Southern hospitality-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations within the restaurant environment
• Lead, train, coach, and schedule retail team members
• Ensure outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns
• Manage merchandising, displays, and seasonal product placements
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation
• Maintain cash handling, POS accuracy, and loss prevention standards
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation guidelines
• Analyze sales reports and support initiatives to drive revenue
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to align guest experience
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
