We are looking for a hands‑on B2B Sales Representative to drive growth across the DACH markets
.
This role is open to both full‑time candidates and/or freelancers / self‑employed individuals who have an expertise in B2B Sales
.
In this role, you will own the full B2B sales cycle, from initial contact through to account development and long‑term relationship management.
You will work closely with Marketing and internal stakeholders to build a scalable, data‑driven sales approach, while acting as a trusted commercial partner to our B2B customers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy
, enjoys building markets, and is comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.
- Own and develop the B2B sales pipeline for DACH
- Convert new B2B customers across relevant industries
- Manage the full sales cycle
, from first contact and qualification through negotiation and closing - Grow and “farm” existing accounts through upselling, cross‑selling, and long‑term relationship management
- Act as a trusted commercial partner and primary point of contact for key accounts
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders
- Develop tailored account strategies to maximise customer lifetime value
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system
- Track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure high‑quality lead handover and alignment on campaigns
- Provide feedback from the market to support product, pricing, and go‑to‑market decisions
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in DACH
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing B2B customers
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own agenda
- Structured, proactive, and results‑driven mindset
- Preferred languages:
German & English (Mandatory), French and/or Italian will be an added advantage
