Custom Software Sales Executive

Remote - Must be in MST, CST, or EST timezones

Full Time, Benefits, Commissions = ~ ($200k/year OTE) all inclusive.

• Who has closed $1M Custom Development Deals

• Work closely with the leadership and founding team to align sales efforts with the company’s overall go-to-market strategy and positioning.
• Prospect into target accounts, build strong relationships with partners, and drive new business through strategic outreach and engagement.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and service demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our custom software and IT solutions.
• Drive the sales process from start to finish, close new business deals, and deliver on revenue targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively and anticipate client needs.
• Operate with a sense of urgency, work autonomously, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Collaborate with the technical and leadership teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients post-sale.

• 8+ years as a top-performing sales rep selling technical solutions and/or managed services.
• Proven experience in selling to development and IT-centric buyers.
• Mentality with the ability to drive results, actively pursuing and closing new business opportunities.
• Ability to speak the language of highly technical audiences within Dev Ops, Cloud, Software Development, and IT services.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and partners effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
