This is a full-time, on-site Local Sales Representative role based in Northeast, OH. The Local Sales Representative will identify and prospect local businesses and nonprofits in Northeast Ohio that can benefit from Jubilee’s marketing and design services. The role involves scheduling and leading in-person and virtual meetings, conducting discovery conversations to understand client needs, and presenting tailored service offerings and proposals.

The representative will maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track activity and results in a CRM, and collaborate with the creative team to ensure accurate scoping and handoff of new projects. Day-to-day responsibilities also include attending local networking events, following up on leads, managing renewals and upsell opportunities, and providing ongoing client relationship support to drive satisfaction and referrals.

• Proven skills in local sales, account management, and relationship building with small businesses and nonprofits.
• Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, including effective use of a CRM or similar tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, including active listening, storytelling, and consultative selling.
• Basic understanding of marketing and design services, such as branding, digital campaigns, or web presence, and ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• Comfort attending in-person meetings and community events in and around Canton, OH, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
• Previous experience in agency, marketing, or media sales is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
