Build your career in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales with Copier Consultants. This role is designed for individuals ready to take the next step beyond lead generation and play a direct role in driving revenue and managing client relationships.

We’re looking for motivated professionals who are eager to develop their sales skills, close new business, and grow into long-term Account Manager roles within the organization.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and delivering customized office technology solutions to clients. This position offers a base salary plus commission, providing strong earning potential tied directly to your performance.

This position is on-site at our office building, located at 2521 34th St NE, Canton, OH 44705.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Sales:
    Manage the sales process from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, presentation, and closing new business.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Development:
    Identify and engage new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and territory research to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Client Needs Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customer workflows, pain points, and business needs, positioning tailored solutions.
  • Product Presentations:
    Present and demonstrate Copier Consultants’ office technology solutions, including copiers, printers, and managed services.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Sales Targets:
    Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals and activity benchmarks.
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within the CRM.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    College degree preferred, but not required with relevant sales experience.
  • Sales

    Skills:

    Strong ability to communicate value, handle objections, and close business effectively.
  • Self‑Motivation:
    Highly driven, competitive, and goal‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Relationship Building:
    Ability to establish trust and credibility with decision‑makers.

    Previous experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or account management is preferred.
