Inside Sales Specialist

MVA Services, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Position.

MVA, a quickly growing service company, provides oil testing and field service work for the electrical transformer industry across the United States as well as internationally. The Inside Sales position supports customer response for quote delivery and will work with the project coordinator for scheduling projects for customers. Under the direction of the management, this role is responsible for creating quotes for delivery to customers and working with marketing identifying prospective customers.

This is a full-time office position based in our Canton, OH headquarters.

• Engage with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts and brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and industry trends to provide expert guidance during customer conversations.

• Degree in Engineering or other technical related field.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at various levels of decision-making.
