The role of Business Development and Industry Marketing Manager involves designing and executing strategies for target vertical market programs within key growth industries. Current focus areas include Food & Beverage, aggregate, cement, and mining, primary metals and metals mining, pulp & paper, chemical & petrochemicals, and water and wastewater treatment. The position also involves identifying and driving emerging markets such as warehouse & logistics, automotive and EV, semiconductor, life sciences, and pharmaceutical.

Job duties include staying current with market trends, leading marketing programs and customer campaigns to increase market share and segment leadership, creating sales enablement tools and training, collaborating cross-functionally to create targeted marketing and lead generation, participating in aligned associations and trade shows, managing digital landing pages, analyzing company performance, serving as a subject matter expert, interacting with sales leadership and outside sales teams, directly engaging with customers, working with suppliers for new product planning, and managing promotional materials.

Job requirements include a bachelor's degree in business or sales and marketing-related focus, 5+ years of sales or marketing-related work experience within target industries, knowledge and experience in key industries, proven results in analyzing data and trends, and strong Microsoft skills.
