We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our Marriott Properties Cleveland/Akron/Canton, Ohio, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have Marriott hotel sales experience, strong market knowledge, and a proven ability to increase occupancy through corporate, group, and leisure business.
Salary

Performance Bonus Available

• Minimum 5+ years of hotel sales experience (Marriott experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Marriott sales tools and brand standards.
• Experience in corporate, group, government, and negotiated account sales.
• Ability to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
• Knowledge of STR reports, market analysis, and revenue strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales software.

• Develop and execute hotel sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Generate new corporate, group, and leisure business.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct hotel tours, sales calls, and networking events.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Represent the hotel at local business and tourism events.
