Concierge Security - Patrol Officer

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer.

We seek a security guard with strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust and confidence with visitors.

• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time shifts varying from weekday to overnight. Select from the following options:
  • Shift 1:
    Friday – Sunday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and Wednesday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.
  • Shift 2:
    Thursday – Monday, 11 p.m.–7 a.m.
  • Shift 3:
    Sunday – Thursday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.
  • Shift 4:
    Monday – Friday, 11 p.m.–7 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage: $18.16 per hour (Daily Pay available for employees).

• Provide customer service duties such as welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding them.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of Garda World’s extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license required, if applicable.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
