Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Building Maintenance, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, General Labor
- Work Hours : 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Tuesday - 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm Wednesday-Friday - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Saturday
- Pay Rate : $21.38 ($10 an hour Add-On for HVAC License) (shift differential of $1.00 is included)

SUMMARY
Performs maintenance, preventative, and repair services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Follows through on all assigned work orders for maintenance and handyman repair services to completion;
- Performs routine general building maintenance including painting, drywall, and minor electrical/plumbing repairs;
- Performs routine and preventative maintenance service on the Agency’s HVAC systems;
- Assembles and installs program equipment as required;
- Develops written plans and proposals for minor construction and remodeling projects as required;
- Follows Board Policies and Procedures for obtaining bids and prices for materials, parts and supplies that are essential in the maintenance of Board properties and equipment;
- Clears snow from parking lots, doorways, and walkways as needed;
- Mows, trims and mulches the Agency’s grounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMust have extensive, hands‑on paid job experience in the general maintenance field to include plumbing, carpentry, electrical machinery, and HVAC maintenance.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years related experience with proven work and attendance record.
