We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and repairing or replacing broken parts
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment and notify management when replacements are needed
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
