InSite Industrial Services Technician​/General Laborer

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Canton, OH is looking for Industrial Insite Technicians / General Labor to join our safety‑conscious team. The role involves setting up and assisting with water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing, and a variety of other safety‑related tasks. Availability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

• Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times.
• Operate manual and automated hydroblasting equipment, ultra high‑pressure pumps, and specialized chemical cleaning equipment.
• Operate vacuum trucks and cutting equipment as required.
• Verify surface cleanliness to meet company and customer expectations.
• Conduct routine maintenance on units, industrial vacuum equipment, and dispose of hazardous/non‑hazardous materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment used on the job.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures, including operation of fire extinguishers.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Complete classroom safety training and on‑the‑job training as required.
• Language proficiency in English to comprehend safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• OSHA certification may be required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable service in the industrial cleaning industry.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC‑Industrial driver (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC‑Industrial equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Availability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ongoing health and safety commitment.
