- 1-3 years of diesel, truck, or trailer maintenance OR completion of a tech/trade program
- Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and brake repairs
- Safety-minded, hardworking, and quick thinker
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Keep fleets safe and reliable with preventive maintenance & repairs on semis, trailers, pickups, goosenecks, and service trucks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, brake, and engine systems
- Assemble, prep, and customize trucks—including light aluminum welding & trailer mods
- Perform inspections, complete accurate reports, and keep detailed records
- Work closely with a supportive team while following top safety standards
