Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of all hotel facilities. The candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative checks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks across hotel rooms, lobby, and common areas
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
Conduct routine inspections to identify issues before they become major problems
Maintain hotel equipment and ensure all systems are functioning properly
Assist in preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs if needed
Keep maintenance logs and report completed work to management
Required

Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in hotel maintenance or general handyman work (preferred)
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and repair tools
Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues quickly
Good communication skills in English
Physically fit to handle repair work and lifting tasks
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Schedule
Full-time / Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
On-call availability for emergency maintenance issues
