Job OverviewWe are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of packaging, inspection, and serialization equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Repair and maintain packaging equipment.
- Support equipment changeovers and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot vision systems, sensors, printers, and scanners.
- Support PLC-controlled equipment and equipment alarms.
- Follow GMP, FDA, and site SOP requirements.
- Document maintenance and repair activities.
- Support Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and downtime issues.
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
- Experience with packaging equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
- Knowledge of vision inspection and serialization systems.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Knowledge of GMP and FDA requirements.
- Ability to read equipment manuals and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
