• Valid Class A CDL license with safe driving record
• Experience hauling and securing construction equipment preferred
• Comfortable operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compact machinery for loading/unloading
• Strong knowledge of load securement, chains, binders, and proper weight distribution
• Customer‑focused attitude - our drivers are often the face of Leppo to our customers
• Team players who take pride in safety, professionalism, and doing the job right

• Safely transport compact construction equipment to and from customer job sites and Leppo locations
• Load and unload equipment using ramps, trailers, and equipment operation when necessary
• Properly secure loads using chains, binders, and tie‑downs in compliance with DOT regulations
• Inspect equipment and trailers before and after transport to ensure safe operation and provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
• Communicate with dispatch, rental, and service teams to keep deliveries running smoothly
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and inspection records
