AOG Mechanic; Cincinnati

Join our client’s Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic and play a critical role in returning grounded aircraft to service quickly and safely. In this fast-paced, field-based position, you’ll deliver high-quality, on-site maintenance support across a range of business aviation platforms, including Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Cessna aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy rapidly to AOG events and perform on-site maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft discrepancies in accordance with FAA and OEM standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers to manage expectations and timelines.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in internal systems.
• Maintain readiness of assigned MSU vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on-site.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
• Ability to work independently in remote or field environments.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various conditions.
• 8 days on / 6 days off schedule for work-life balance.
• $66 daily per diem for meals and incidental expenses.
• Company-provided uniforms, tools, laptop, and fully equipped MSU truck.
