Now hiring non-CDL drivers! TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Akron is looking for dedicated team members to pack, move, transport and assemble customers' items, but this job isn’t just about the heavy lifting! During moves you’ll work face‑to‑face with customers to ensure their specific needs are met. As a driver, every day is different and every move brings new challenges, but our goal is simple;

we are here to help our customers.

• Drivers start at $18 / hour
• Earn tips from customers (average of $150+ a week)
• Earn up to $2.50 in raises in the first year.

  Monday - Saturday with Sunday off

• Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk‑through of the home/business
• Load and unload a 26‑foot moving truck
• Complete paperwork and payment collection
• Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks

We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.

• MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING
• VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND A GOOD DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED FOR ALL DRIVERS
• High school diploma or GED Preferred
• 21 years or older for drivers due to insurance restrictions
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Good hand‑eye coordination
