Seeking Drivers in Akron, Canton, Massillon, and surrounding areas.

Job Title: Driver – Roll‑Off Dumpsters (small residential‑friendly, single‑axle truck). No CDL required; we provide training.

Pay: $23.00 per hour plus bonus potential. Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 after 90 days. Pay increase: $1.00/hr after 6 months (with clean record).

Schedule: 3 or 4 days per week. Part‑time: 32–35 hours;
Full‑time: 40–45 hours. You decide.

Travel: Company truck provided.

Licensing/Certification: No CDL required. Requires current commercial DOT driver’s medical card (cost about $80 if not already owned). Drug tested (12‑panel) and criminal background check.

Job Description: Deliver and pick up 6–20 yard roll‑off dumpsters for construction and household debris.

Start Date: Immediate openings available.

• At least 25 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Good English communication skills – read, write, speak; able to represent the company, understand traffic signals, answer official questions, and keep legible records.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Commercial vehicle operation experience preferred.
• Good understanding of local area and neighborhoods.
• Criminal history background check and MVR record screening on onboarding.
• Pass a 12‑panel drug screening.

Operate and drive lift trucks to transport trash. Tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo. Relay information to central dispatcher. Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Professionalism in customer service, handle customer inquiries. Experience in construction industry is an asset.

Familiarity with smartphones.
