Job Overview

Airgas is hiring for a Microbulk Driver in Canton, OH. The driver will deliver CO2 products, support fleet safety, and work with field technicians on a consistent 50‑hour work week.

• Transfer product from the Airgas truck to the customer tank through hose hook up.
• Review vehicle safety before and after use according to DOT and company maintenance checklists.
• Load Microbulk tanks and fill customer‑owned Microbulk tanks as assigned.
• Partner with field service technicians on CO2 tank installations & repair work.
• Maintain DOT, SAFECOR, and Airgas vehicle documents, ensuring compliance.
• Ensure routine and required maintenance of the route truck is performed on time.

• Valid Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker & airbrake endorsements.
• Maintain an appropriate driver’s license, medical card, and endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or two at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years, or a combination of one conviction and one at‑fault accident.
• No driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last 7 years.
• Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment.
• Be able to regularly lift 75 lb and move more than 125 lb with material‑handling equipment.
• Have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or supply proof of a classroom‑based trucking school completion in the last 5 years.

• Experience driving.
• CO2 or specialty gas experience is a plus but not required.

• Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.00.
• Hourly rate: $25.00.
• Consistent 50‑hour work week on average.
• Day and night shifts available.
• Coverage area:
  Canton, OH to Findlay, OH.
