As a Service & Delivery Professional at Airgas, you will manage the flow of cylinders while building lasting relationships with customers. You will support the team’s safety, customer service, and operational needs.

• Cylinder Handling:
  Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases.
• Record Keeping:
  Accurately record deliveries and pick‑ups on a load manifest, obtain customer signatures, and return empty, rejected, or unsold cylinders to a plant or branch for refilling.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Adhere to all Airgas safety standards and government regulations (DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, OSHA).
• Warehouse Support:
  Provide assistance in the warehouse or on the dock as needed.

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
• Valid Medical Examiner's Card.
• Hazmat Endorsement (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum one (1) year of prior Class A or B professional driving experience within the last five (5) years and a clean driving record meeting stated criteria.
• In lieu of experience, may consider accepting a diploma from an accredited driving school.
• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets.
• Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76–125 lbs. with aid of material handling equipment.
• Must be able to drive hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours; frequent bending required.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift operator certification.
