10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight throughout its over-the-road (OTR) network. Dispatching from the Canton, Ohio terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).One year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.

Demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Fleet Responsibilities Safely transport dry van freight across national shipping lanes in all 48 contiguous states.

Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no load touch.

Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.

Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Structured Compensation and Benefits Experienced Driver Pay:
Top-tier earning potential with average weekly earnings of $1,750 to $2,000, based on a highly competitive rate of $0.71 per mile.

Refresher Pay Phase:
Qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations receive a guaranteed weekly training rate of $1,200.Guaranteed Home Time:
Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for the driver’s 34-hour reset.

Premium Fleet Equipment:
