Operations Manager
Due to growth and investment in our people we are currently looking for a highly motivated, engaged and results focused Warehouse Supervisor in Canton Ohio, USA.
Job DescriptionTo oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, quality inspection, inventory management, material picking, and timely shipping of finished goods and spare part orders while optimizing costs, maintaining safety/compliance, and supporting cross-departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily workflows: receiving, inspection, storage, picking, spare part order fulfilment, and shipping.
- Ensure 6S compliance and EHS standards (cleanliness, safety, equipment maintenance).
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and analyze discrepancies.
- Manage slow-moving/obsolete materials.
- Propose inventory parameter changes through insights gained.
- Develop/revise warehouse procedures to improve efficiency.
- Propose improvements to reduce costs and lead times.
- Review assortment and allocation in the Modula unit to ensure efficient and timely fulfilment of orders.
- Train staff, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare reports (inventory, shipping) and maintain records.
- Address urgent issues during weekends/holidays.
The Warehouse department is responsible for the receiving and quality checks of incoming goods. It is also responsible for the pre-picking of required parts for the Assembly and Construction departments as well as the replenishment of consumables in both departments. Additionally, the warehouse department is responsible for the shipping of finished spirals to customers. The warehouse is also responsible for the accurate and timely completion of spare parts orders daily.
Qualifications- Experience:
5+ years in warehouse management (technical/manufacturing environment). - Leadership:
Staff supervision, motivation, and conflict resolution. - Problem-Solving:
Identifies root causes and implements solutions. - Technical: ERP proficiency and advanced Office skills. Experience optimizing processes utilizing Microsoft CoPilot is preferred.

Handle urgent issues and be available for off shifts as needed in the event of an emergency.
