Pay Rate:

$44,800 - $59,700

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

* Receive raw materials daily and communicate with raw material suppliers as needed

* Maintain and perform miscellaneous inventories

* Perform month-end closing duties including posting journal vouchers

* Serve as back up for Payroll Specialist (processing payroll, payroll adjustments, vacations, holidays, etc.)

* Serve as Track Coordinator for the mill (vendor timekeeping system)

* Support the Mill HR Department in daily operations as needed

* Perform other administrative tasks as needed

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

* A formal business or accounting education

* Preferred candidate will have experience in processing payroll

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Experience using HR and accounting systems (ex. SAP, Oracle, Work Force) preferred

* Willingness to work some holidays and weekends to support month-end closings

* Must possess a high level of diplomacy and judgment while processing confidential and sensitive files
