Apartment Maintenance Technician – Part Time

Flynn Management Corporation is looking for a Part‑Time Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities in Cantonment, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience, be self‑motivated, able to work independently and own tools. Must have knowledge and hands‑on experience with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and general repair.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, plus on‑call rotation available for emergency needs.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3–5 years of similar maintenance experience
• Drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
• Will pass a basic maintenance exam and drug, alcohol and background screening
• Must provide references from prior supervisors

Compensation:

• Base pay: $14.00 / hr – $15.00 / hr (Flynn Management provided pay range)
• Pay actual based on skills and experience; current pay: $14.25 – $14.75 per hour
