Construction Manager – Data Center (Mission-Critical Project)

El Paso, TX. Full‑time. Long‑term project opportunity.
We are seeking Construction Managers to support a large‑scale, mission‑critical data center campus in El Paso, TX. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a 1‑gigawatt campus build‑out, consisting of 10 data hall buildings, multiple network facilities, and extensive infrastructure systems. The project is already underway and moving rapidly through foundation phases, with the first building turnover expected this year.
You’ll be joining a cutting‑edge project utilizing a new build strategy that includes multiple General Contractors and prefabricated systems integration. As a Construction Manager, you’ll serve as an on‑site leader responsible for supporting execution across a complex, multi‑contractor environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily construction activities alongside General Contractors and trade partners
- Coordinate site logistics, access, and planning across multiple work streams
- Drive and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site standards
- Track project progress across schedule, quality, and budget targets
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and project changes
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and local authorities (AHJ) as needed
- Support preconstruction activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and design coordination
- Large‑scale data center campus (1 GW capacity)
- Multiple General Contractors supporting:
- Site work
- Core & shell construction
- Prefabricated data center module installation
- Fast‑paced, highly coordinated delivery model
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and execution excellence
- Experience in construction and/or project management
- Exposure to MEP systems or General Contractor environments preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on‑site in a dynamic, fast‑moving construction setting
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience on data center, mission‑critical, or large commercial projects
- Familiarity with multi‑contractor job sites
- Understanding of construction scheduling and coordination processes
- Standard hours currently
- Potential for overtime as project ramps up later in the year

This is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $60.00‑$85.00/hr.
