Overview

Construction Manager (CM) – DEC Delivery. Cleint is seeking a Construction Manager to support a large-scale, mission-critical data center campus in El Paso, TX. The site is a 1-gigawatt campus consisting of 10 data hall buildings, multiple network buildings, and significant infrastructure. The project is underway and moving through foundations, with first turnover expected in October. This is a new “Lightning” product type, utilizing three GCs:
Site GC, Core & Shell GC, and Integrator GC installing prefabricated data center modules. The Construction Manager will support execution across this highly complex environment under the Area CM and Campus CM structure.

The CM is the on-site delivery lead responsible for end-to-end execution of data center construction, serving as the single point of contact for cross-functional partners and providing oversight across safety, quality, schedule, and financial management, leveraging governance and risk processes to deliver predictable outcomes.
