Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year.

• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects (higher education, K‑12, or healthcare preferred).
• Proven track record managing field operations from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
