Summary

Full‑Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience, driving sales and supporting store initiatives while representing brand standards. This role focuses on teamwork, client engagement, and supporting alternative purchasing technologies to broaden customer accessibility.

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
• Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement strategies
• Promote alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery methods
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Uphold company policies and contribute to a collaborative customer‑focused environment

• Retail or similar high‑volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor
• Ability to operate register and perform duties for multiple hours
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
