The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in store day‑to‑day operations, focusing on customer engagement, store functionality and merchandising standards. The role thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the shopping experience.

• Embrace the brands by wearing the brands at work and having a passion for Lee and Wrangler products.
• Greet each customer and actively engage them on the sales floor with open‑ended questions.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and suggest the best products for their needs.
• Follow all company and store policies, processes and procedures.
• React quickly to customer or associate injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as directed.
• Promote a store culture that respects diversity, encourages participation, creativity and learning.
• Look for ways to make the store sustainable and recognize its environmental impact.
• Embrace the culture and be willing to make changes as directed by management.

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous retail or service‑oriented experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results.
• Comfortable approaching and initiating conversation with customers.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

• Operate office equipment and technology, including cash registers, computers, phones and scanners.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during scheduled shifts.
• Move to assist customers, retrieve merchandise and support store layout.
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Push or pull full racks of merchandise for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop and crouch to retrieve items, restock and maintain store cleanliness.
• Occasionally assemble displays and rearrange the store layout.
• Read product labels accurately, assist customers and perform detail‑oriented tasks.
• Use fine manipulation, grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing (e.g., hangers, folding, color/size order).

Compensation ranges from $11.00 (or minimum wage) to $15.00 per hour for all states except New York and Colorado, where the rate is $15.50 per hour.
