We are a retail outlet store that sells luxury designer apparel. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our brand promise of “Every Day Should Feel This Good.”

Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Part time Manager)

Overview: Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise, and makes service a top priority.

• Responsible for meeting sales goals and measures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers.
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution.
• Ensure the store reflects the vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” through hosting the party concept.
• Lead store initiatives in email capture and educate new associates on best practices.
• Maintain customer wish lists and notify when products arrive.
• Assist in training new associates and fostering a welcoming, fun environment.
• Help recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams.
• Support store and team-building activities with management.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
• Maintain merchandising according to company standards and brand initiatives.
• Contribute to weekly product feedback.
