As a part‑time Brand Ambassador you bring our brand to life every day, providing guests with an amazing shopping experience that makes their day better than before they entered the store. You are the face of the company, proud of what you represent, and you share a passion for building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you embody our company values and bring your real self to work each day.

• You are a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends‑first mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and excited to educate guests on details while making tailored product suggestions.
• You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• You resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• As a team player you’re always willing to assist your teammates in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, adhering to AEO policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previously worked in retail.
• At least 16 years of age.
