Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Process shipments, replenish inventory, conduct markdowns, and execute merchandising tasks to keep the Stockroom and Sales floor operating efficiently.
• Maintain the Stockroom by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, advise store leadership, create action plans, and implement corrective measures.
• Assist teammates with non-stock-related tasks and guest support as required.
• Adhere to safety, Asset Protection, and AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Organization and attention to detail are your strength; you can prioritize and manage your time.
• You have flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• You have prior stock-related experience.
