Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter secured areas
- Conduct regular patrols of hospitality and travel facilities to identify safety or security risks
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and guest or staff concerns, escalating as needed
- Operate CCTV, access control, and communication systems in accordance with company protocols
- Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports for security and management review
- Provide professional, courteous assistance to guests and employees, promoting a safe environment
- Support emergency procedures, including evacuations, medical incidents, and law enforcement coordination
