Security Officer Bicycle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and community activity to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor-related questions, and report maintenance concerns and/or hazards to the appropriate contact;
Support access control and routine post duties by observing surroundings, preparing reports, and following site-specific instructions for assigned areas and/or scheduled patrol routes;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or public responders as needed
