Foreman – Arrowhead

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Foreman to oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating work activities, and maintaining quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands‑on experience, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Supervise and lead field crews to ensure work is completed on schedule
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet project objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact between crews and management

• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and jobsite standards
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of equipment
• Identify and address potential hazards to maintain a safe work environment

• Ensure work meets required quality standards and specifications
• Inspect completed work and address issues or rework as needed
• Promote efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment

• Maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and jobsite documentation
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and resource needs to management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of field operations, tools, and equipment
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
• Trade‑specific certifications related to field operations
