• Lead the design and delivery of complex software features and systems within a domain

• Proven experience as a backend engineer, preferably with Java/Kotlin
• Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining large‑scale systems with clean and performant code
• Strong knowledge of testing practices including unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing
• Proficiency in modern development tools such as version control, CI/CD, and cloud architectures
• Ability to adapt to new programming paradigms and technologies quickly

• Experience in Marketplace or Apps development
• Familiarity with Kong or similar technologies
• Full Stack capabilities to enhance development versatility
• Passion for tracking industry trends and evaluating new technologies
• Openness to incorporating AI into the development workflow
