This role provides the opportunity to lead a team of financial analysts responsible for Earned Value Management to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.

In this role:
• You will lead effectively across all business functions ensuring that the F&BO team completes all necessary reporting requirements, while supporting all financial needs as it relates to the Strategic Infrastructure and Capabilities directorate leadership.
• You will review and coordinate Monthly Electronic Variance Reports (EVAR) Summary Reports as well as review monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reports with Resource Analysts prior to archiving
• You will be responsible for coordination of monthly diagnostics, including taking corrective action
• You will load and maintain budgets in EVM tool (Cobra) and claim performance Budget Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) monthly
• You will utilize the EVM system to measure cost and schedule performance, as well as, prepare variance reports on a monthly basis
• You will prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly, monthly and bi-monthly basis (as required)
• You will prepare yearly Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEACs)
• You will be responsible for the initial development and quarterly maintenance of the directorate sales planning.
• You will assist with proposals and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) for both labor and Non-Labor inputs

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of experience/ combined education or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of EVM or Program Performance Management experience or other cost management tools, or anything else related
• If selected, you will need to obtain a SECRET clearance, thus US Citizenship is required. Desired

Skills:

• Experience with SAP and COBRA.
• Previous experience working on defense contracts
• Previous experience working projects with resource loaded Integrated Master Schedules.
• Prior knowledge of Fleet Ballistic Missile program
• Prior contracts experience
• Prior proposal preparation experience
• Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5+ years of related professional experience
• Currently active Secret clearance Security Clearance Statement:
