12-hour days | 4 days on / 4 days off
Travel & Compensation
- Candidates may come from any US location
- Lodging and travel to/from site covered
- Paid travel home built into rotation (every other 4-day break)
- Paid hours worked
- US Citizenship or Legal Residency required
- Must pass background screening
- Must be willing to deploy onsite (not remote or hybrid)
This role supports field operations in the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural construction activities. The superintendent will oversee contractors and craft labor to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of large-scale structural and civil construction scopes. Job Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in civil, structural, or architectural construction supervision
- Experience on large-scale structural steel and concrete construction projects
- Experience supervising trade contractors and craft personnel in the field
