Join JRC's Systems Engineering & Integration Team! We are actively recruiting a talented Hardware Integration Engineer (Engineer II) to join our amazing team in Cape Canaveral FL. Successful candidates will have a strong background in Instrumentation Systems including Hardware Engineering Integration. What You'll Do
* Directly support the government customer in overseeing all aspects of product design and integration, including requirements definition, design reviews, experiments, prototyping, testing, production and integration.
* Collaborate with multiple SWS industry partners and develop tailored solutions
* Provide technical expertise and guidance in design reviews, trade studies, and other technical meetings
* Offer a broad knowledge of missile architecture
* Support rapid technology insertion of new equipment
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders both verbally and in writing What You Bring
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or hard science discipline
* 4+ years of experience in missile technology integration
* An active DoD security clearance at the TOP SECRET level (or have held an active DoD clearance within the last 2 years)
* A track record of leading teams in a highly collaborative environment
* A willingness to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently while prioritizing and supporting multiple tasks
* High quality communication and presentation dexterity
* Excellent computer/technology skills Bonus Points
* Agile Workflow experience using JIRA or similar software
