- ** What does this role look like?*
* As a
** Senior Program Manager** , you will be part of the Avionics Directorate and be responsible for:

- Cost, schedule, and technical commitments for the Electrical Ground Support Equipment  EGSE  portion of the Avionics modernization portfolio

- FY28 proposal & Modernization Strategic Planning  MSP  inputs for EGSE scope

- Closely partnering with the Navy Customers, Avionics teams, and other functions to effectively execute the contracted scope

- Serve on the FBM Program Leadership Team  PLT  representing EGSE

- Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans

- Coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of Engineering Test projects within the area of assigned responsibility

- Ensure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliers

- Plan, Prepare and brief Navy customers and other program stakeholders on a monthly cadence or on an as needed basis

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education

- Program Management experience on large and complex development programs

- Prior direct customer interface experience

- Demonstrated experience of planning and executing a development program balancing cost, schedule and technical

- You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD
** SECRET clearance** , to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
