** The Fleet Ballistic Missile  FBM  program is seeking an Associate Manager to join the Electrical Ground Support Equipment  EGSE  team

Location:

** This position does not support teleworking** ; you will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in:
Cape Canaveral FL and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full time

Please note we will not provide relocation services for this position

- ** What does this role look like?*
* This is a lead role for an experienced professional working to sustain legacy test consoles that verify mission packages meet all requirements as built

- -
- ** Key activities you will accomplish in this role:*
* - In this role the you will lead a team of engineers, interface with internal organizations, and interface with our customer set, supporting the FBM program for Electrical Ground Support Equipment  EGSE  

- Manage a number of test consoles, ensuring the consoles remain functional and online with a background in automated test equipment, troubleshooting, process flow, and HW/SW integration, as well as functional management of staff

- ** To be effective in this role, you will need:*
* - 3  years of professional experience for this role

- Strong technical background with experience in integrated test consoles / automated test equipment

- Extensive troubleshooting experience

- You will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance, thus US Citizenship is required

* Basic Qualifications:

* - BS degree in Engineering or related discipline, and fluent in agile program management tools and techniques, with a focus on balancing cost, schedule, and technical requirements

- Strong technical background with experience in integrated test consoles / automated test equipment

- Extensive troubleshooting experience analyzing failure modes in test equipment, with cost effective solutioning

- Technical lead experience guiding multidisciplinary technical teams through project life cycles including milestone adherence

Skills:

- 3  years extensive troubleshooting experience analyzing failure modes in test equipment, with cost effective solutioning
