Project Engineer Sr (IC3)

As a Project Engineer responsible for Program Integration, you will:

• Ensure end-to-end integration of Operational related activities, including support Program Reviews, Quarterly Reviews, Planning Meetings, Technical Director Reviews, Working Groups Lead/coordinate integration activities at the program level, to include leading Integrated Product Teams.

• Ensure program readiness heading into major milestones, facilitate communication/collaboration across related projects and SSP customers to reduce programmatic risk and ensure operational readiness.

• Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.

• Help develop timely resolution plans of issues, compliance evidence, and all associated documentation

• Help resolve systems engineering and program execution issues quickly to support leadership and customer needs

• Ensure proper coordination/balance of cost, schedule, and technical impacts across activities in a manner that supports schedules.

General duties will include project management functions such as program planning, contract interpretation, and system integration, as well as cost and risk management.

Desired skills:

• Familiarity with FBM Operations activities

• Experience leading / integrating solutions for geographically disperse teams

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

• Familiarity with Navy Strategic System Partners (SSP) Customer

• Experience with a combination of design, test, operations and engineering disciplines.

• Experience on a missile program

• DoD TS clearance

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
