Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal facilities, passenger processing areas, restricted-access locations, parking areas, perimeter areas, and adjacent operational spaces.;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, vendors, and visitors entering designated areas.;
Provide customer service to guests, crew members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, access-control issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.;
Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and policy violations accurately and communicate information to site leadership and responders.
