12-hour days | 4 days on / 4 days off

Travel & Compensation

• Candidates may come from any US location
• Lodging and travel to/from site covered
• Paid travel home built into rotation (every other 4-day break)
• Paid hours worked

• US Citizenship or Legal Residency required
• Must pass background screening
• Must be willing to deploy onsite (not remote or hybrid)

This role supports field operations for electrical and power systems installation on a large-scale industrial construction project. Responsibilities include supervising contractors and craft labor, ensuring safe installation practices, and supporting timely execution of electrical scope activities.

• 6–10+ years of experience in electrical construction or power systems installation
• Experience supervising contractors or field crews on construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical installation in large-scale industrial environments
