Hours per week: 40 hours, Full‑time

Melbourne

This position provides school billing and general accounting support to the Calvary Chapel Academy accounting team.

• Maintain student files and reports.
• Customer Service to parents and school staff inquiries.
• Post school and scholarship payments.
• Assist CCA accounting team members, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with sensitive issues while exercising good knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Some bookkeeping knowledge and skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• A dependable team player who works well with people at all levels of the organization.
