Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and planning, particularly with partnerships and high net worth individuals. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individuals, HNWI, C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships, trusts, estates, and more.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of tax returns from individuals to corporations and partnerships
• CPA certification preferred or CPA eligibility
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
