ROLE SNAPSHOT

  • Purpose:

    Provide seamless administrative, project, and executive support that drives organizational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct executive and departmental support, including scheduling, travel, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and professional communications.
  • Maintain records and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support office operations, vendor coordination, and supply management.
  • Collaborate with HR/IT to facilitate onboarding and administrative processes.
  • Track project deliverables, coordinate events, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep teams connected.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills .
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset.

The pay range for this position is $25.29 to $32.88 per hour. Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws.
